Track order
Dear customer, thank you for choosing BISAONEX products! To help you track your package in real time, we have compiled a detailed logistics tracking process for you:
1. Obtain the Tracking Number
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email/SMS notification containing the tracking number and carrier information;
You can also log in to your account, go to 【My Orders】-【Order Details】, and view the tracking number in the “Logistics Information” section.
2. Choose a Tracking Channel
Please copy the tracking number to the “Track” entry on the 17tracking website to check. Please click here.
Notes:
1. Logistics information may not be updated within 1-2 business days after shipment, which is a normal delay in cross-border logistics transit and is nothing to worry about.
2. If there is still no track after 5 business days, or it shows “Abnormal Shipment” or “Customs Clearance Delay”, please contact our customer service (BISAONEX@outlook.com / 18734598722), provide your order number and tracking number, and we will assist you in verifying.
